Featuring live musical accompaniment with the soothing sounds of pure crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and percussion.

Yoga classes are taught in English and limited in size to provide a personalized experience. Each class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow-paced, introspective style of yoga. Seated or supine postures are held for longer periods of time, nurturing the joints and deep tissue. Yin emphasizes the mind-body connection and offers relief from long periods of sitting and hunching over desks, steering wheels, and tech devices.

Recline, relax, and delve into a sea of pure vibration from singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drums, gongs, and percussion instruments. The hauntingly beautiful soundscape is designed to induce a deep meditative state and bring balance to the body, promote positive energy, and cultivate a sense of grounding.

Sound is an ancient method of transformation and healing with the power to soothe and relax. It sways moods and shifts consciousness, promoting a sense of harmony in body, mind, and spirit. Music has a way of moving through areas of energetic blockage. If we are able to shift our perspective we can change the way we think about an issue that may be preventing us from experiencing balance and happiness in life.

Vinyasa Yoga

A meditation in motion, Vinyasa connects flowing movements and Sun Salutations with the breath. Featuring asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and meditation, Vinyasa yoga is physically and mentally beneficial for cultivating focus, strength, flexibility, and tranquility.

Slow Flow Yoga

Focus on the moment. This gentle practice of basic yoga poses emphasizes stretching, lengthening, and relaxing while the pace encourages an exploration of breath and mindfulness.

Restorative Yoga

Relax, release, and receive the benefits of Restorative yoga. In this gentle practice of longer held poses, you will be fully supported by blankets, bolsters, and blocks to allow the body to open and the mind to quiet. You will leave feeling centered and connected.
